About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the main point of contact between L'Styleum and its customers. In this role, you will provide assistance by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with the company’s products and services. This position is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the company's reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all inbound communications and queries.
• Answer customer questions promptly, providing clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring problems are addressed to the customer's satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive experience with the company’s products or services, fostering customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Hold a minimum OND qualification and possess 0‑1 years of relevant experience in a similar customer-facing role.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and patience when interacting with customers.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple customer requests simultaneously.
