Customer Service & Planning Officer (Lagos Island/Epe & Port Harcourt)

About the role

The Customer Service & Planning Officer will coordinate customer orders, production planning, delivery scheduling, and invoicing support for the ReadyMix business. Acting as the operational link between customers, sales, plants, logistics, technical, and finance teams, the role ensures efficient order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate daily production plans with plant managers and translate demand into schedules.
• Manage delivery schedules with logistics teams, allocate trucks, and monitor progress.
• Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status and resolve queries.
• Support invoicing, documentation, and ticketing processes.
• Monitor order fulfillment performance and escalation of constraints.
• Collaborate with sales managers to align commitments with operational capability.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 36 months (3 years) of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of order management, production planning, and logistics coordination.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal teams.
