Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering accurate information about our products, services and policies. Based in our Abuja office, you will work closely with sales, inventory and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, live chat or in person, providing clear and accurate information.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, handle complaints with empathy, and propose effective solutions.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Process orders, billing, invoicing, returns and refunds while maintaining detailed transaction records.
• Update and maintain customer profiles and administrative records.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory and logistics teams to guarantee timely delivery of goods and services.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of SSCE.
• At least one year of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organised, responsible and capable of working with minimal supervision.
