About the role

Selfa is seeking a Customer Relationship & Business Development Officer to nurture existing client relationships, drive repeat business, and identify new revenue opportunities. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and serve as their main contact.
  • Resolve customer requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular engagement activities to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities and assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, CRM data, and prepare periodic reports on engagement, pending quotations, and revenue opportunities.

Required profile

  • HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales support, account management or business development.
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to follow through consistently on customer and business opportunities.
