Customer Relations Officer

About the role

The Customer Relations Officer will act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in Sylvastar Group’s real‑estate portfolio in Abuja. You will manage enquiries, guide prospects through the buying or investment process, and ensure a professional experience from first contact to post‑sale follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, responding promptly to enquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information on properties, locations, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Coordinate property viewings and liaise with the Sales team to support client decisions.
• Follow up on leads from various channels, nurture prospects and convert them into sales.
• Handle customer complaints, escalations and post‑transaction follow‑up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain an updated client database and prepare regular reports on enquiries, feedback and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer relations, service or client management within the real‑estate sector.
• Good knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market, key locations and investment opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow‑ups consistently.
• Professional appearance, confidence and a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
