CRS Educator

About the role

The CRS Educator will join Aaresther Divine School in Lagos to deliver secondary‑level instruction and support student learning. This full‑time, on‑site position involves creating engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and contributing to school‑wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lesson plans that align with state and national standards.
• Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and technology to enhance learning.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to school leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic performance.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership on school initiatives and programs.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with educational best practices.

Required profile

• NCE qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience teaching in a secondary school setting.
• Strong understanding of primary and secondary curricula and instructional best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership.
• Commitment to student learning and success.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Residence within the Ejigbo and Oshodi axis of Lagos State.
