Credit Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Credit Sales & Marketing Executive to drive credit product sales and promote our financial solutions to both new and existing customers. The role combines sales targets with marketing activities to expand our market presence. You will work closely with product and risk teams to ensure our offerings meet market demand while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive credit sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Market financial products to new and existing customers through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Identify business opportunities and support the credit onboarding process.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to align credit offerings with market needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for senior management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in credit sales or marketing, preferably within a financial institution.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Residence within or close to Lekki, Lagos.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Lagos financial market.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 600,000 to NGN 900,000.
