About the role
Rekrut Consulting is looking for a motivated Creative Intern to support its fashion and design initiatives in Lagos. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving retail environment, ideal for students or recent graduates eager to develop a portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in creating mood boards, sketches, and visual concepts for upcoming collections.
- Support styling and creative direction tasks for photoshoots and marketing materials.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help translate concepts into tangible designs.
- Maintain organized files of design assets and ensure attention to detail in all deliverables.
- Collaborate with the design team, providing feedback and helping with basic garment construction research.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience or academic projects.
- OND (Ordinary National Diploma) or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a creative environment.
