About the role
The Cost Controller will support Top Rank Hotel in managing its financial performance by overseeing budgeting, expense tracking and cost analysis. This full‑time position works closely with department managers to ensure financial targets are met and profitability is maximised.
Key responsibilities
- Assist managers in creating project or departmental budgets and setting financial limits.
- Monitor daily costs, purchase orders, invoices and labour expenses against established targets.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify budget gaps or overspending and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare regular forecasts, cost reports and profitability data for senior leadership.
- Evaluate vendor contracts, inventory levels and operational workflows to identify efficiency improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of HND or BSc.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar cost control or financial analysis role.

- Competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000 per month.
