About the role
We are looking for an experienced EPC Project Accountant to oversee financial and accounting activities for engineering, procurement, and construction projects in Abuja.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting for EPC projects, including invoicing, payments, receivables and payables.
- Monitor project costs, budgets and financial performance, preparing reports and cost analyses.
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers and project accounts, and track purchase orders and commitments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience in EPC, engineering, construction, oil & gas or similar project‑based environments.
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Based in or willing to work in Abuja.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting/ERP software.
