About the role
Lights on Heights, an organization in Lagos dedicated to transforming lives through technology, is looking for a creative and strategic Content Manager. The role develops, implements and manages content across digital platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement, leads content strategy, oversees content production and ensures consistent brand messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing goals
- Create, edit and manage content for websites, blogs and social media
- Analyse content performance and optimise it for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and design
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Experience managing and overseeing content production
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, able to work well in a team
