Content Creator & Production Assistant (Hybrid/Flexible)

About the role

Avocado Virtual Solutions (AVS) is seeking a smart, creative, and reliable Content Creator & Production Assistant to bring brand ideas and campaigns to life. This hybrid position combines on‑site planning and shoot days in Asokoro with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Attend weekly planning/shoot days in Asokoro, Abuja.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Execute campaign ideas discussed with the founder and team.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes and documentary‑style footage.
• Assist with user‑generated content (UGC) creator collaborations.
• Coordinate with the social media and design team to ensure brand consistency.
• Occasionally appear on‑camera if comfortable.
• Support the preparation of AVS’s anniversary campaign in July 2026.
• Deliver one short‑form video daily (approximately five per week).

Required profile

• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and TikTok pacing.
• Ability to shoot quality mobile video content.
• Creative eye with strong storytelling instincts.
• Organised, proactive and able to follow creative direction.
• Good energy and communication skills.
