Construction Specialist – Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will lead and coordinate projects across consulting, ICT, facility management, emergency communications and infrastructure initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and oversee projects across consulting, ICT, facility management, emergency communications and infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare project plans and documentation, monitor risks and issues, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to define requirements, align resources and drive continuous improvement.
• Support strategic initiatives, contribute to process optimisation and ensure projects align with organisational goals and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, scope management and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control and basic financial analysis for project delivery.
• Competence in process improvement, documentation and use of project management tools or software.
• Knowledge of ICT, infrastructure or facility management environments; consulting or emergency communications experience is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, business administration or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abuja and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
