About the role
Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Concierge and be the first point of contact for guests, creating memorable experiences that brighten their stay. You will respond to guest inquiries, arrange special services, and promote hotel offerings with professionalism and warmth.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
- Coordinate special services such as medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized needs.
- Manage guest communications, including messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
- Support VIP guests with seamless registration and elevated service.
- Promote hotel offerings by sharing marketing materials and encouraging use of services and programs.
