Community Manager – Social Media Specialist

About the role

YAP Media is seeking a Community Management Specialist to create and execute high‑impact content and campaigns for best‑selling authors, CEOs, and eight‑figure business owners. You will craft unique copy and manage conversations on LinkedIn and Instagram, acting as the voice of our clients' personal brands.

Key responsibilities

• Publish daily posts across client social channels, ensuring error‑free, approved content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and niche‑related engagement.
• Prepare and execute campaigns, including audience list procurement, message targeting, and performance pivots.
• Manually respond to messages using scripts and track leads.
• Provide accurate daily reporting on campaign actions and outcomes.
• Stay current with client‑generated content (podcasts, articles, appearances) to maintain authentic brand voice.

Required profile

• Consistent and reliable in meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Detail‑oriented, following precise instructions with minimal errors.
• Service‑minded, delivering high‑quality support to clients and internal teams.
• Autonomous, capable of completing recurring tasks without reminders.
• Creative, researching trends and producing novel content aligned with client expertise.
