Community Engagement Officer for Realtor Networks

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Engagement Officer to activate and grow Harmony Gardens' professional Realtor and Student Realtor communities. The role focuses on turning community participation into productive conversations, webinar attendance, property inspections, qualified referrals and measurable business activity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily engagement across assigned Realtor communities, welcome and onboard new members.
• Promote webinars, training programmes and estate inspections while encouraging meaningful participation through discussions and practical activities.
• Identify inactive members and run reactivation campaigns, support Realtors with approved property information and marketing resources.
• Record community activity in the approved CRM, prepare weekly engagement reports and collaborate closely with the Business Growth Manager and Realtor Community Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑6 years' experience in community management, customer engagement, digital communications or sales support.
• Excellent written and verbal English and a customer‑service mindset.
• Practical experience managing large WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook or similar professional communities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement reporting.
