COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor

About the role

The COBC & Compliance Senior Auditor supports the Senior COBC & Compliance Manager in building a culture of compliance, establishing standards and procedures to prevent, reduce, and detect illegal, unethical, and improper conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations at varying levels for all COBC matters and lead anti‑bribery and other compliance audits.
• Assist the COBC Manager with analysis, reporting, and communication of findings to management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, HR, and Finance to evaluate policies, develop training, and promote compliance with the Code of Business Conduct and related group policies.
• Maintain case documentation in the Case Management Tool and ensure timely communication of fraud risks to audit teams.
• Support the Joint Task Force, provide guidance to HR during disciplinary investigations, and help develop awareness programs across the country.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in investigation and compliance functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
• Experience performing complex internal fraud and misconduct investigations.
• Professional qualification such as CFE, ACCA, ICAN or equivalent.
• Strong project‑management, decision‑making and initiative‑taking abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
