CIT Training Manager

About the role

The CIT Training Manager will design, coordinate and deliver training programmes for Bemil's Cash‑in‑Transit personnel, ensuring drivers, crew members and supervisors are equipped with the knowledge, skills and discipline needed for safe and effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate training programmes for CIT drivers, crew members, supervisors and operational staff.
• Identify training needs from incidents, performance gaps, audits and client requirements.
• Deliver practical and classroom‑based training on security procedures, emergency response and incident management.
• Maintain training materials, assessments, competency checklists and accurate training records.
• Monitor training effectiveness, prepare regular reports and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Security Management, Criminology, Education, HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in CIT operations, security training or related security roles.
• Practical experience in Cash‑in‑Transit operations and prior training of security personnel.
• Strong understanding of CIT risks, security procedures and incident management.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, assessment and report‑writing abilities.
• High attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality and ability to work onsite.
