About the role
We are seeking a Chinese Translator to support our communication needs by translating documents and providing interpretation for our team in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Translate documents, emails, and other materials between Chinese and English.
- Provide verbal interpretation during meetings, discussions, and business activities.
- Ensure translations are accurate and culturally appropriate.
- Assist with communication between Chinese and English‑speaking teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required profile
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience as a translator or interpreter is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Chinese and Nigerian business culture.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Preferable a male candidate.
