Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Executive Finance Leader

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead finance, treasury, FP&A, tax, procurement, investor relations and regulatory reporting as part of the Executive Committee. The CFO will safeguard financial strength while driving growth, capital optimisation and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO, Board and Executive Committee and shape long‑term strategy.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management across the business.
• Develop and execute funding, liquidity and capital management strategies, including relationships with banks and investors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, tax management and robust internal controls.
• Drive finance transformation through automation, digitisation and data‑driven decision making.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance organisation and succession pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA or CFA required.
• Minimum 5 years in a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance role, with at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Strong background in financial services, fintech, banking or lending, including balance‑sheet management and fundraising.
• Proven ability to lead large finance teams, manage stakeholder relationships and drive organisational growth.
