Chief Finance Officer

About the role

Crown Interactive is seeking a strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead its financial function. Based in Lagos, the CFO will partner with the CEO and executive team to shape financial strategy, ensure compliance, and drive profitable growth for the company’s digital infrastructure solutions across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax compliance and corporate governance.
• Manage relationships with banks, investors and external auditors.
• Provide financial insight to the Board of Directors and senior leadership.
• Drive revenue growth, improve margins and enhance overall profitability.
• Build and maintain a robust reporting infrastructure using data analytics tools.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance leadership within Enterprise or SaaS businesses.
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, risk management and capital allocation.
• Strong ability to communicate financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience working with boards and senior executives.
