About the role
Neo Homes Limited is looking for a skilled and creative Chef to join its team in Abuja. The role involves preparing high‑quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and contributing to menu development.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and dietary requirements.
- Plan menus, recommend new dishes, and ensure meals are presented to high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, complying with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, manage ingredients, minimise waste, and ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure timely preparation of meals.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role.
- Relevant culinary training or certification is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental dishes.
- Excellent time‑management, organisational skills, and a professional attitude.
