About the role
You will assist in the efficient running of the kitchen department, ensuring high‑quality food preparation that aligns with Hyatt International’s brand standards and guest expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen.
- Prepare consistent, high‑quality products and support courteous, professional service.
- Maintain compliance with Hyatt International operating concepts and standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3‑4 years as Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
- Experience with luxury international brands is preferred.
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills in MS Office.
- Familiarity with recipe maintenance systems.
