Centre Marketer – Business Development & Student Enrolment

About the role

The Centre Marketer will drive student enrolment and promote the Centre's training programmes across the Marina region. This entry‑level position combines field marketing, business development and relationship building with schools and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads, follow up enquiries and convert prospects into student registrations.
• Conduct regular field marketing activities in Umuahia and surrounding areas to meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
• Identify and approach secondary schools, tertiary institutions and community organisations to secure partnerships and group registrations.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing and emerging training needs, and recommend visibility initiatives.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, contacts and marketing activities; communicate via phone, WhatsApp, email and visits.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports, track pipeline status and account for marketing resources.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 2 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with schools and prospective students.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet enrolment and revenue targets.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
