Capital Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking a Capital Acquisition Specialist to independently attract investors and mobilize funds for the company. This is a target‑driven, full‑time position focused on sourcing, convincing, and onboarding investors without reliance on a marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential individual and corporate investors.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, presenting investment opportunities in person.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into actual investors.
• Follow up with existing investors to encourage repeat investments.
• Track and report monthly performance against fund‑raising targets.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in investment mobilization, capital raising, or financial advisory.
• Proven track record of bringing in investment funds.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Existing network of investors or businesses is an advantage.

• Salary range ₦250,000–₦500,000 per month plus performance‑based earnings.
