About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to make outbound calls to qualified leads, understand their needs and drive them through the sales funnel.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to assigned leads.
- Speak professionally and confidently with leads.
- Ask questions to understand and determine their needs.
- Pre‑qualify leads based on required criteria.
- Provide accurate information about the service or product when required.
- Transfer or submit qualified leads for the next stage.
Required profile
- Excellent spoken English with clear, confident communication.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage people over the phone and handle rejection.
- Motivation to meet targets and performance‑based KPIs.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Basic computer literacy.
What we offer
- Monthly salary of NGN 250,000.
- Performance bonus up to NGN 150,000 based on transfer‑per‑hour performance.
