About the role
We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our vendor outreach team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective vendors, introducing them to our platform and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify potential vendors that match the platform’s target market.
- Contact prospective vendors via phone, email, social media, and other channels.
- Explain the platform’s benefits, requirements, and onboarding steps.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into active vendors.
- Collect and verify required vendor information and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- At least a diploma in a related field.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
- Full‑time permanent position.
