About the role
The Business Relationship Manager will support Venture Stori, an online platform that showcases associations, professionals, businesses and institutions to potential customers. Working primarily outside Nigeria, you will help expand the number of businesses using the platform and ensure they receive optimal visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new businesses and institutions onto the Venture Stori platform.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing partners, providing support and gathering feedback.
- Act as the primary liaison between the platform and its users, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet growth targets and improve service offerings.
Required profile
- Proactive, confident and result‑driven attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
- Interest in digital marketplaces and business development.
