Business Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and business‑oriented Business Manager to provide executive, operational, and administrative support in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume, multi‑time‑zone executive calendars.
• Track, coordinate, and close tasks across teams using trackers and project‑management tools.
• Provide rapid response and coordination support in a fast‑turnaround environment.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including flights, visas, itineraries, and logistics.
• Support stakeholder communication and cross‑functional coordination.
• Develop and improve trackers, workflows, reporting structures, and operational processes.
• Organise meetings, prepare agendas, record notes, and follow up on action items.

Required profile

• Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑level executives (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Experience as Chief of Staff in a founder‑led business or family office (highly desirable).
• Background as a Consulting Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate is advantageous.
• Project coordination or project‑management experience is advantageous.
• First‑class undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Social Sciences, or STEM from a recognised Nigerian university, or a strong second‑class upper/postgraduate degree.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience for senior candidates or 0‑3 years for entry‑level candidates.
