Business Development Officer

About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth for Arabella Women’s Health and Wellness Center by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding revenue streams within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Research market trends, competitors and emerging opportunities to inform strategy.
• Develop proposals, presentations and pitches for prospective clients and partners.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients, upsell and cross‑sell services.
• Coordinate corporate partnership discussions, prepare proposals and support contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support business growth.
• Track leads, sales performance and partnership outcomes, and report regularly to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
