Business Development Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Greenwood Limited is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Abuja real‑estate market. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with investors and clients, and delivering revenue targets through property and land sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities within the real‑estate sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, property buyers, corporate clients and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, partnerships and market research.
• Negotiate and close high‑value real‑estate transactions.
• Monitor market trends to spot profitable investment and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and produce regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in real‑estate sales or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja real‑estate market.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales/revenue targets.
• Proactive, confident and highly driven with an ambitious target mindset.
