About the role
Structured Resource Business Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within the oil and gas sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding the company’s presence in Nigeria and West Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Create and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Develop annual sales and marketing plans based on industry dynamics.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and negotiations for new and existing clients.
- Manage relationships with IOCs, NOCs, EPCs, and other industry players.
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP processes and source products that meet end‑user specifications.
- Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers and partners.
- Monitor client expectations throughout the sales cycle to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the oil and gas sector.
- Strong network of senior contacts in the industry.
- Ability to develop winning proposals and manage complex negotiations.
- Familiarity with Nigerian oil and gas regulations (NAPIMS, DPR, NIPEX, NCDMB) is a plus.
