Business Development Manager – Luxury & High‑Net‑Worth Markets

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into elite, high‑net‑worth markets. You will work closely with ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) and high‑net‑worth (HNW) individuals, corporate executives and luxury brand partners to grow our membership and bespoke‑service portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Open doors within elite networks and premium markets to build a pipeline of high‑value clients and partners.
• Build trusted, discreet relationships with UHNW/HNW individuals, corporate executives and luxury brand partners.
• Structure and close complex, high‑value membership and bespoke‑service agreements.
• Develop and execute account strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth while protecting service integrity.
• Negotiate partnerships with luxury, hospitality, aviation, banking and lifestyle brands.
• Represent the brand at premium events and within high‑income client ecosystems to generate referrals.
• Manage long and complex sales cycles with a consultative, high‑trust approach.
• Monitor luxury‑market trends and client expectations to refine service offering and positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of business development experience in luxury sales, private banking, hospitality, real estate, aviation or premium lifestyle services.
• Proven ability to engage and close UHNW/HNW or corporate executive accounts.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
