Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Vision Career in the real‑estate sector, generating high‑quality leads, converting them into sales and managing client relationships throughout the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real‑estate market and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Generate leads through referrals, digital marketing, field activities and partnerships, then convert them into paying clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing, negotiating and finalising property deals.
• Organise and conduct site inspections, present property offerings and follow up to drive conversions.
• Coordinate property allocations with operations and admin teams, ensuring accurate matching of clients to units.
• Maintain CRM records, provide weekly and monthly sales reports and forecast pipeline performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• At least 3 years of proven experience in real‑estate sales or business development.
• Strong negotiation, closing and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets and handle client objections professionally.
• Excellent organisational and reporting abilities.
