Business Development Manager

About the role

Techvora Solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK and European markets. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and sell a portfolio of managed IT, Microsoft cloud, cybersecurity, consulting and staffing services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market‑specific business‑development strategy for the UK and Europe.
• Research target companies and engage decision‑makers such as founders, directors, IT managers and procurement leaders.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold‑emailing, phone outreach, referrals and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, budgets and decision processes.
• Present Techvora’s solutions, prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, negotiating terms while protecting margins.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, pipeline and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure realistic solution scoping.
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends and customer requirements, and provide weekly pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of successful B2B sales or business‑development experience.
• Proven track record selling technology services, managed services, cloud, cybersecurity or IT consulting.
• Experience prospecting or selling to companies in the UK or Europe.
• Excellent spoken and written English; German is a plus.
• Strong cold‑emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
• Availability to overlap with UK/European business hours.
