About the role
Zenex Technology Limited is Africa’s first verified real‑estate ecosystem, connecting diaspora investors, developers and realtors through a transparent platform. We are seeking a Business Development & Growth Manager to accelerate our market presence in Lagos and across diaspora channels.
Key responsibilities
- Scale Zenex’s market presence across Lagos and diaspora networks.
- Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships with corporates, real‑estate agencies and diaspora groups.
- Generate and convert leads into active platform users – developers, realtors and investors.
- Drive acquisition of developers and realtors onto the Zenex platform.
- Represent Zenex at industry events, networking opportunities and partner meetings.
- Track and report growth metrics such as listings, sign‑ups and revenue pipeline.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product and strategy decisions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development, Sales or Growth, preferably in PropTech or real‑estate.
- Strong existing network within Lagos real‑estate or related industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑management skills, comfortable in boardrooms and site visits.
- Self‑driven, target‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
- Based in Lagos with ability to attend client meetings, events and partner engagements.
- Alignment with Zenex’s mission of verified, transparent real‑estate.
Required skills
What we offer
- ₦200,000 base salary per month.
- Performance bonus tied to growth targets.
- HMO health coverage.
- 13th month bonus.
