Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and win new individual, corporate, church, school and group clients for our travel and tourism services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new individual, corporate, church, school and group clients.
• Conduct field marketing through business visits, organisational outreach and event representation.
• Promote services including flight bookings, visa support, hotel reservations, local and international tours, and event travel.
• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospects with consistent follow‑up.
• Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
• Generate leads through social media and WhatsApp outreach.
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report on activity and results.
• Gather market intelligence on client needs, competitor offers and pricing.

Required profile

• OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism or a related field.
• 1–3 years' experience in sales, marketing or business development (travel/tourism experience is an advantage).
• Must reside in or near Karu, Abuja.
