Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive new revenue streams for Onpab Limited by identifying and securing opportunities across diverse industries. Working closely with marketing and technical teams, you will craft client‑focused solutions and build lasting relationships that support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach and market research.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions and networking events.
• Keep the sales pipeline and CRM records up to date and produce regular business development reports.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, corporate sales or account management.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate and close business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in ICT, technology, consulting or digital services is an advantage.
