Business Development Executive – HR Services

About the role

Thronos Alliance is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth of its HR, recruitment and consulting services across Nigeria. You will identify and engage senior decision‑makers, build pipelines and convert prospects into long‑term clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective corporate clients and key decision‑makers such as CEOs, HR Directors and Operations Managers.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, calls, email, WhatsApp, referrals and networking.
• Initiate conversations, present Thronos Alliance’s value proposition and qualify prospects’ HR and recruitment needs.
• Schedule and support meetings, maintain follow‑up cadence and manage the business development pipeline.
• Create opportunities for recruitment, HR outsourcing, consulting, corporate training and organisational development.
• Develop referral and strategic partnership channels.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, negotiations and client conversion.
• Record prospecting activities and provide market intelligence reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Sales, HR, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, recruitment sales or professional services.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation and closing business opportunities.
• Comfortable engaging senior executives and business owners.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
