Business Development Consultant

About the role

The Business Development Consultant will work remotely to expand Giwost’s portfolio of training and business solutions. You will identify new opportunities, qualify leads, and build lasting relationships with corporate clients, educational partners, and individual learners.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and generate qualified business leads.
• Develop and present proposals, presentations, and reports to prospective clients.
• Provide advisory support on training and certification solutions that match client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings and ensure seamless delivery.
• Track performance metrics and contribute to revenue‑growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven ability in new‑business development and lead generation.
• Experience in consulting or business planning, preferably within professional training, education services, HSE, quality management, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
