Brand Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Sales Executive to drive sales of our product portfolio across both open and modern market channels in Port Harcourt and the wider Rivers State. The role involves building strong customer relationships, executing brand activations and achieving sales targets in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales within assigned channels to meet or exceed company targets.
• Execute product activations, promotional activities and brand‑building events.
• Visit customer locations to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Plan and implement market activation campaigns to boost product visibility and consumer engagement.
• Build and maintain a robust customer base, handling complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify and secure activation partners and supervise activation activities across channels.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with wholesalers and distributors.
• Prepare accurate journey plans, sales reports and activity logs in line with company requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role within retail, fashion or FMCG.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage key accounts.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
