Brand Promoter – Lagos

About the role

Smollan, a leading FMCG organization operating in over 14 countries across Greater Africa, is seeking a motivated Brand Promoter to support its expansion in Lagos. You will play a key part in promoting client products, maintaining shelf standards, and delivering excellent customer service within modern trade outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and maintain accurate record keeping.
• Ensure shelf health and product presentation are optimal.
• Promote and educate shoppers about the client’s product range.
• Execute merchandising activities in supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores, and other large‑format retail locations.

Required profile

• 3‑6 months experience in modern trade merchandising.
• Must reside in Lagos.
• Minimum OND qualification.
• Well‑groomed, professional appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
