Brand Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Brand Manager to act as the custodian and strategic driver of our luxury hospitality and lifestyle portfolio. The role will shape brand perception across visual, verbal, and experiential touchpoints, supporting membership growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and continuously refine brand positioning, architecture and identity for club, restaurant and event offerings.
• Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines covering visual identity, messaging, tone of voice and customer experience.
• Review and approve all external communications, marketing materials, digital assets, menus, event collateral and in‑space branding.
• Lead brand narrative development, campaign concepts and storytelling frameworks to ensure a premium, culturally relevant voice.
• Supervise digital marketing and social media activities, approve content calendars and monitor performance metrics.
• Guide event branding, collaborate with hospitality and F&B teams to deliver seamless brand experiences.
• Evaluate and approve partnership, sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that align with luxury positioning.
• Track brand performance indicators and ensure brand initiatives contribute to membership growth, bookings and revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing or communications, preferably within hospitality, luxury lifestyle or private membership environments.
