Brand Designer

About the role

Langa House is a design studio working on brand identity, campaigns, digital design and storytelling. It is hiring a mid-level Brand Designer to shape its visual work, working across brand identities, campaign systems, digital content and presentations, from early creative direction to final delivery. The role is hands-on and sits close to the Studio Lead, Design Director and wider creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual identities, campaign assets, social content and presentation materials.
• Translate creative direction into clear design systems and final assets.
• Explore visual routes, references, typography, layout and image direction for projects.
• Prepare design files and assets for production, client presentation and digital use.
• Work with the motion designer and other collaborators where needed.
• Bring ideas and visual references into the studio's creative process.
• Manage feedback and revisions while keeping a high standard of craft.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• A portfolio showing strong work in branding, visual identity, campaigns or editorial/digital design.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour and visual systems.
• Ability to explain and defend design decisions clearly.
• Good attention to detail, reliability and comfort working across several projects.
• Nice to have: experience with motion, illustration or image-making, studio or agency experience, and familiarity with preparing work for print and digital production.
