Brand & Content Manager (Real Estate)

About the role

The Brand & Content Manager will shape how the real‑estate developer is positioned in the market and ensure that positioning is reflected consistently across every public‑facing channel. This dual role combines strategic brand stewardship with hands‑on content creation, from concept to publication.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and evolve the organization’s brand guidelines across all channels, proposing updates where relevant.
• Own all public‑facing communication, ensuring every piece of content, collateral and correspondence meets brand standards.
• Brief, approve and quality‑control external creative work such as photography, video production, graphic design and print.
• Maintain brand consistency on social media, website, sales materials and event assets.
• Advise the Managing Director on brand decisions, partnership opportunities and public positioning.
• Manage and grow social media accounts, including content strategy, production, posting cadence, community management and performance tracking.
• Produce a weekly editorial series profiling designed spaces in Lagos, establishing the organization as a taste authority.
• Shoot and edit content in‑house where possible; direct and quality‑control external shoots.
• Write captions, brand copy and editorial content in the organization’s voice.
• Lead brand activations, competitions and events, handling logistics, judging, press outreach and winner announcements.

Required profile

• Must work on‑site in Victoria Island, Lagos.
• Will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Head of Sales.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
