Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of our Ikorodu branch, driving sales growth and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership, business development, and compliance expertise within the banking sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and business growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff for optimal performance.
• Drive marketing initiatives and acquire new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure compliance with CBN regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and manage the branch budget, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the head office.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Graduate (B.Sc/HND) in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum age of 25 years.
• Reside within or close to Ikorodu.
• Strong marketing and business development skills.
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar leadership role in a bank or micro‑finance institution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial management.
• Target‑driven and customer‑focused.
