About the role
The Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of our Marina location in Abuja, ensuring smooth, efficient and profitable performance within the hospitality and leisure sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations to maintain efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, supervise and motivate branch staff to meet individual and organisational targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, revenue, customer acquisition and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key business partners.
- Monitor performance against financial, sales and operational targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints or escalated issues.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
- Degree in a related field.
