About the role
We are looking for a skilled baker to prepare, bake, churn and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes and ice‑cream using set recipes in our Abuja kitchen.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, churn and decorate fresh pastries, cakes and ice‑cream following standard recipes.
- Operate and clean production equipment such as heavy dough rollers, ice‑cream churners and commercial ovens.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, adhere to food‑safety standards and record daily stock and production numbers digitally.
Required profile
- Minimum SSCE qualification.
- Hands‑on experience in pastry baking, gelato/ice‑cream churning and cake assembly.
- Computer literacy for basic report writing and digital record‑keeping.
- Ability to operate, clean and troubleshoot standard bakery and dessert machines.
- Residence within or close to the listed location and ability to start promptly.
Required skills
- Bakery equipment operation (dough rollers, ovens, churners).
- Ice‑cream churner operation.
- Commercial oven operation.
- Computer literacy for reporting.
What we offer
- Salary: NGN 90,000 per month.
