B2B Sales Executive – Beauty & FMCG

About the role

The B2B Sales Executive will drive growth by acquiring and managing relationships with beauty‑related businesses such as salons, spas, retailers and makeup artists. You will be responsible for building a robust pipeline, converting prospects into recurring customers, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B customers across the beauty and FMCG sectors.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects using calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and in‑person visits.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals and commercial offers, and negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM/database of all prospects and clients.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and promotions.
• Gather feedback from customers on product quality, pricing and market demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven B2B sales, wholesale or business development experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in cosmetics, beauty, FMCG or retail is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong prospecting and pipeline management abilities.
• Effective negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems to track activities.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and social media channels.
