Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder)

About the role

Strivo Labs, a digital solutions provider offering custom design, MVP development, automation and content creation, is recruiting an Automation Analyst (Workflow Builder) in Lagos. The role designs, builds, monitors and maintains automated workflows that support daily business operations, working closely with the Collections, Operations and Customer Experience teams to improve efficiency and keep processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain automated workflows with n8n or similar tools, and test them against business requirements
• Monitor workflows for failures, delays and performance issues, resolve errors within agreed timelines and document incidents and resolutions
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation and a knowledge base, updating it whenever workflows change
• Prepare weekly governance reports on workflow health, incidents, KPIs and SLA performance, and give recommendations to improve reliability
• Gather requirements from business teams, turn processes into workflow specifications and support the implementation of new workflows

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in workflow automation, business operations, data analytics or a related role
• Organised, analytical and proactive, with strong documentation, written communication and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, troubleshoot issues and work with cross-functional teams

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make or similar automation platforms
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON and system integrations
• Proficiency in spreadsheets; basic knowledge of SQL and database queries
• Added advantage: basic Python, fintech/collections experience and familiarity with incident management and SLA tracking

Stated compensation is N350,000 per month.
